INGREDIENTS
1 cup cracked organic Kinche
2 tablespoons Niter Kibbeh (clarified seasoned butter)
Sea Salt
2 cups water
PREPARATION
Wash oats until water is clear, strain
STEPS
- Add Aja and water to a small pot and bring to boil
- Lower heat and continue to cook covered, cook until oats are fluffy and tender, about 5 minutes
- Remove from heat keep covered until ready to serve
- Mix with butter and serve
- Add Salt to taste
